Bioinformatics Technician (BIT)

Upon successful completion of this program, you will be proficient in:
  • Relational database analysis, design, and implementation (SQL)
  • Bioinformatics sequence alignment formats and file architecture (FASTA, NCBI)
  • Analyzing DNA/RNA and protein properties and structures (BLAST, research databases)
