Whenever I think of swing dancing I immediately picture the scene in Grease when John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John compete in the dancing competition on television. In that scene all the dancers are smiling, interacting with each other, and dancing. Swing dancing is an aerobic exercise that can improve physical, intellectual, and social aspects of a person’s life. It is a high energy dance that will liven you up, break you out of your shell, and increase your overall confidence. Swing dancing is an entertaining way to burn fat and increase muscle tone combining benefits of exercising with the fun of dancing.
