Coleman University Subscription Databases are a collection of magazines, newspapers, and journals that are provided by the University and cover a wide variety of subjects. It allows students to access scholarly material or information in a specific field. Be sure to ask the library about receiving authentication to access the databases or request more information by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In addition to our subscription to FAITS, Coleman University has subscribed to four academic databases provided by Ebsco. If you are on campus, the list of databases will automatically appear when you go to search.ebscohost.com. For off-campus access, ask at the Library for the user ID and password or contact us via email. Whether it’s textbooks, merchandise, or general school supplies, the Resource Center is your onestop shop. It also provides students with the required Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or in-house Master’s Degree student manuals, syllabi, and class printouts.
Explore and find support through teacher assistant reviews and tutoring services. Additional help includes guidance options such as the Writing Center and Library Services.
Coleman University first-time student tuition includes the use of textbooks. While some textbooks are given to students to serve as their professional reference after graduation, others are issued on a checkout basis or are to be purchased.
Any homework/project can be turned in at the Resource Center unless otherwise instructed. The staff will stamp the cover sheet of your assignment with the date and time and place it in your instructor’s mail box.
Take advantage of the word “free.” Students are allowed to use the copy machines and scanner at no cost. For additional costs, student can purchase an assortment of school materials such as pens, pencils, highlighters, index cards, binders, and flash drives. You will even find a good collection of video games and controllers that you can borrow to play.
